1. NeuroGraphica Specialist – IKP Certificate

Institut für Kreativitätspsychologie GmbH, Switzerland (hereinafter IKP), issues a new certificate as a NeuroGraphica Specialist upon recognition of a previously obtained Russian certificate, together with the rights of use set out in Section 4.

2. Procedure

The NeuroGraphica Specialist shall send their Russian specialist certificate as a PDF by email with the subject line “Certificate Issuance” to: zertifikate@ikp-metamodern.com.

Important: The sender’s email address must match the email address provided in the booking.

Upon receipt of payment and review of the Russian document, IKP will prepare a new specialist certificate and send it to the Specialist by email as a PDF.

IKP reserves the right to refuse issuance of the certificate if the submitted document is insufficient, incomplete or not comprehensible.

3. Processing Fee

A processing fee is charged for the review of the Russian document and the issuance of the new certificate. The processing fee is due regardless of whether the new certificate is issued (see Section 2) and is non-refundable.

4. Rights of Use — NeuroGraphica Specialist with Certificate

The Specialist is authorised to use the title NeuroGraphica Specialist. The word mark “NeuroGraphica” may not be used in titles, subtitles, headings or advertisements; however, it may be used in descriptions of offers. The Specialist is authorised to apply the NeuroGraphica method for themselves and with others, but is not authorised to teach NeuroGraphica. The Specialist is authorised to deliver courses for the NeuroTree, NeuroLotus and NeuroRain models and to issue certificates of the Institut für Kreativitätspsychologie to their own participants. 5. Declaration and Liability of the Specialist

By booking this paid service, the Specialist declares and warrants that:

• the submitted certificate is genuine and was obtained through a NeuroGraphica training actually completed.
• all information provided to IKP is correct and complete.
• IKP issues the certificate solely on the basis of the documents submitted.

If false or forged documents are submitted, all legal and financial responsibility rests solely with the Specialist. IKP is entitled to revoke the issued certificate without refunding the processing fee.
