1. NeuroGraphica Instructor or Aesthetic Coach – IKP Diploma

Institut für Kreativitätspsychologie GmbH, Switzerland (hereinafter IKP), issues a new diploma as a NeuroGraphica Trainer or Aesthetic Coach upon recognition of a previously obtained Russian diploma, together with the rights of use set out in Section 4.

2. Procedure

The NeuroGraphica Trainer or Aesthetic Coach shall send their Russian diploma as a PDF by email with the subject line “Diploma Issuance” to: zertifikate@ikp-metamodern.com.

Important: The sender’s email address must match the email address provided in the booking.

Upon receipt of payment and review of the Russian document, IKP will prepare a new diploma and send it to the Trainer or Aesthetic Coach by email as a PDF.

IKP reserves the right to refuse issuance of the diploma if the submitted document is insufficient, incomplete or not comprehensible.

3. Processing Fee

A processing fee is charged for the review of the Russian document and the issuance of the new diploma. The processing fee is due regardless of whether the new diploma is issued (see Section 2) and is non-refundable.

4. Rights of Use

4.1 NeuroGraphica Aesthetic Coach with Diploma

The holder is authorised to call themselves an Aesthetic Coach and to apply Aesthetic Coaching within the scope of professional activity as a NeuroGraphica Trainer/Specialist. This does not include the right to train NeuroGraphica Aesthetic Coaches.

4.2 NeuroGraphica Instructor with Diploma

The holder is authorised to use the title NeuroGraphica Instructor and to use the word mark “NeuroGraphica” in titles, subtitles, headings, and advertisements. The holder is authorised to apply the NeuroGraphica method for themselves and with others, including the right to teach and supervise all NeuroGraphica algorithms (#1 – #9) and to issue certificates of the Institut für Kreativitätspsychologie to their own participants. (For this purpose, Certificate templates will be provided after signing a separate agreement.) This does not include the right to train NeuroGraphica Specialists or Instructors.

5. Declaration and Liability of the Instructor / Aesthetic Coach

By booking this paid service, the Trainer / Aesthetic Coach declares and warrants that:

• the submitted diploma is genuine and was obtained through a NeuroGraphica training actually completed.
• all information provided to IKP is correct and complete.
• IKP issues the diploma solely on the basis of the documents submitted.

If false or forged documents are submitted, all legal and financial responsibility rests solely with the Instructor / Aesthetic Coach. IKP is entitled to revoke the issued diploma without refunding the processing fee.
